The Midas Living Reports Application Suite includes 4 distinct yet connected applications to monitor, evaluate and improve organisational performance. These applications are able to collect, analyse and present quantitative and qualitative information from a range of sources to all stakeholders across the organisation. The employees of the organisation are able to discuss the results and propose interventions that can address issues or improve organisational performance. The effectiveness of these interventions can then be monitored, evaluated and adapted.
The four applications are:
- Voice of the Customer: The Voice of the Customer/Customer Service monitor is able to collect customer related information from surveys and internal datasets such as surveys, complaints, customer contact emails and online communications.
- Social and Online Media Monitor: The Social and Online Media Monitor allows organisations to hear customer conversations as they happen in the digital space. This includes the breaking news, social media, blogs, twitter, etc. These are mapped to your customer experience and/or organisational performance objectives like KPI, Balanced Score Cards etc. It is also used to monitor the effectiveness of online and traditional media campaigns.
- Organisational Performance Monitor: The Organisational Performance Monitor maps and presents organisational strategy, scorecards, plans etc. from the CE to frontline staff, thus enabling the alignment of effort towards organisational goals. It uses information that is contained in the organisation's operational systems e.g. Financial, Logistics and service delivery etc.
- Midas Engage: Midas Engage enables staff (or wider stakeholder groups) to work together in the digital workspace to come up with innovative interventions. These can then be mapped on to the graphs /charts and monitored to evaluate their progress.
